- Shop orders: when you purchase through our online shop, Shopify processes your order and may collect billing, shipping, and payment information directly. We do not store full payment details on our own servers.
- Automatic data: basic server and browser information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us keep the site secure and functioning properly.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your messages, trade-in requests, and custom arrow inquiries.
- Send newsletters and promotional updates if you have signed up for them.
- Process and fulfill online orders through Shopify.

How We Store and Protect Data
Form submissions are stored through Lovable Cloud (Supabase) using access controls and row-level security. Order and payment data are handled by Shopify's platform, which has its own security and compliance practices. We limit access to your information to those who need it to run the shop or respond to your request.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:
- Shopify — powers our online store, cart, checkout, and order management.
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — stores form submissions and powers site authentication for our admin dashboard.
- Google Maps — embedded map on the Contact page. Google may collect usage data according to its own terms.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not currently use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or marketing cookies. Standard browser cookies and local storage may be used by Shopify or the site framework to keep your cart and session working.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your request, respond to you, or meet legal or business requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us below.
